Heidi continues to do a good job -- obviously has pride in her work. Appreciate that she arrives in a timely manner. Although I don't often have a chance to greet her(am not often home on Wednesday mornings), she is a pleasant person so it is enjoyable having her in our home.

Their products clean effectively without leaving a chemical or artificial fragrance smell. They call the day before to leave a message specifying when they will come the next day, and they arrive promptly. I also really like the person who cleans my house and trust her. I've been very pleased with the quality of their cleaning.

The services you provide are very good. One observation is that they do not always use special care in window treatments or when cleaning wood doors with the proscribed treatment. Water and wood do not usually mix and will cause trouble

Pride in one's work

Because the same person comes most weeks, I've gotten to know her a bit and very much like that personal interaction. I like the practice of notifying me each week when to expect the cleaning. I also like the systematic targeting of certain areas, on a rotating basis, for deep cleaning.

The staff iis friendly. I do think that there should be some definition of what is regular cleaning and the extra cleaning as at times I do not know difference.

Need stronger bath chemicals

I like that the Merry Maids are professional and trustworthy. Many times when they are at my house I am not at home. Sometimes my teenage kids are there or my dog is usually in the house in her kennel. I've never had any problems. I am not all concerned leaving my home and having Merry Maids there.
