Everything! Both ladies were Professional and very nice. They verified what I needed done and they went to work.
I stayed on my bed so they weren’t bothered by me or my dog walking around. could finish on time and concentrate. The bathroom was spic and span. The disinfectant had a strong smell but it was needed.
The floors all through the house smelled good and you could see how clean they were. The products are impressive and work better than anything I’ve used. The faucets shined and the water deposits gone! I was so happy with their work.
PS : I had a tiny pc of stained glass hung where it should not have been. It got cracked during cleaning. They offered to replace or pay for it and even the office called me to apologize. Their honesty is 5 STAR
I said no to paying or replacing it. It was an old object and of no value.
A week later the Company sent me a card and a nice little “I’m Sorry” gift !!!!!! I was honestly overwhelmed at the Pride and Loyalty to their customers. I wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my home. 5 STAR people and standards.

A few years ago I had Merry Maids clean for an employer who needed weekly cleaning in his home. Merry Maids came and always did a wonderful job. The ladies were always pleasant and very efficient. I was very impressed. When I decided that I could no longer keep up with my house cleaning I called Merry Maids for help.Lisa and Alice came to help with a few projects that I could not get to. They did so much more than I expected! I am elated! For example, Alice said she was going to clean my kitchen ceiling fan. I expected that she would dust it. She brought a step ladder in and washed it. After they left I realized that she even cleaned my ceiling exhaust fan!! My shower tiles were awful. I tried everything and couldn't get them clean. Lisa worked so hard and got them immaculately sparkling! I have an old vintage frame on my medicine cabinet that looked awful. Much to my surprise Lisa cleaned it and it looks like a different frame! I was so pleased. Both ladies were pleasant and easy to have around. I certainly will be using Merry Maids again!

I really like the cinnamon spray, the mints and the little stickers on the toilet paper. I can usually tell that they have been through the entire house and cleaned thoroughly.
