The maids were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning. They were prompt and polite.

One disappointment was that I had planned for a 3 hour clean as explained to me on the phone and left on a phone message. They said since they brought 3 instead of 2 people they would only clean for an hour and a half. (Although at that rate they should have cleaned 2 hours and fifteen minutes.) They set a timer and stopped right at an hour and a half so 4 windows were not cleaned. They had asked me to list priorities and windows were the top.

I am very grateful for the service since with my lung issues with my cancer and balance issues I have been unable to climb up or do heavy smell cleaning like the oven.

I want to know what is the machine they used to clean my tile floors! Also what was used in the machine. I haven't been able to get these floors cleaned since I moved in. June of 2005! I'm not kidding I truly want to know!
