Honesty and smells so good and clean!
Job well done by all. Wish they would polish wood furniture on occasion. They have been a pleasure and are very polite and willing .
They were very polite and business like and through! They didn't rush thru and did a very good job !! If the price wasn't so high , I would get them bi-wkly ! Ask me again in couple mo's !I like the fact they don't use sprays to cover up smell's !So far-- I was pleased !!
The reminder text is great. The only thing I would change is to have the same ladies every time. I want to form a relationship with them and on holidays reward them in some way for their service. Cleaning is good. Dusting lacks. The only thing dusted is usually the tops of furniture. The lower moldings on tables and dressers can build up with weeks of dust until I resign myself that it will not get dusted unless I do it myself, and do so. Dusting on top of TV Armour and any tall furniture is only dusted on the edge where they can reach. For that reason if the ladies remained the same I could leave a note, but the way it works now different girls would get the note and the would have spend more time correcting what their co-workers did not do.
Do not take this all as negative. I love the service and would recommend Merry Maids to anyone.

I love the communication card of what rooms were deep cleaned and who was here. The products used leave a fresh smell that I wish I could replicate everyday! The ladies did a wonderful job! Areas I did not even expect to be cleaned were sparkling!
I believe every surface and crack was cleaned yet I did not have a strong chemical smell. My cabinets looked great and my countertops were shining I was very pleased with the cleaning job the ladies did.

I love the text message reminders. I only wish they would assign the same ladies to my house. I like to build a relationship with those who work in my home, and on holidays giving gifts for a great job is easier. If there is a cleaning issue the client can deal with their regular cleaning lady. Know her birthday and be able to celebrate it in a small way. It is more personal if you keep the same ladies.
