The reminder text is great. The only thing I would change is to have the same ladies every time. I want to form a relationship with them and on holidays reward them in some way for their service. Cleaning is good. Dusting lacks. The only thing dusted is usually the tops of furniture. The lower moldings on tables and dressers can build up with weeks of dust until I resign myself that it will not get dusted unless I do it myself, and do so. Dusting on top of TV Armour and any tall furniture is only dusted on the edge where they can reach. For that reason if the ladies remained the same I could leave a note, but the way it works now different girls would get the note and the would have spend more time correcting what their co-workers did not do.
Do not take this all as negative. I love the service and would recommend Merry Maids to anyone.
