I have once a month maid service and would like to have the same 2 ladies cleaning every month. With holidays it would be nice so I can gift the ladies who regularly clean. I also like the thought of having a relationship with the ladies who clean. It builds trust and comfort on both sides and if a problem arrives I can speak to them to resolve without having to go directly to their superiors unless it is something of major concern. I do not sweat the small stuff. (

The cleaning products that Merry Maids use appear to be much better than those available to the public. Particularly those used in the bathroom. The cleaning teams are well trained, friendly and efficient. Team leaders take care to ask if areas are well cleaned and meet my expectations.

I like the light, natural fragrance of the products and the ladies who clean for me are so knowledgable. They have been very careful with the delicate items. They also adapt to our constantly changing household, we have lots of overnight guests and my DH works from home so business meetings also happen.
The initial visit was awesome. The girls had a serious work ethic that I hope continues. The house sparkled and their magic potion smelled heavenly.
