It always smells clean when I first walk in my house

The text communications confirming time of arrival is helpful to us, since we are usually home during the cleaning service. Communication im general is very good, always checking to make sure we are happy. I particularly appreciate the "special attention rooms" on every visit.

My house is always cleaned beautifully. Love the clean smell.

Will miss Miriam. Have to get used to the new crew. Some small but persistent black mold in showers around the edges, and in cracks of tile. Needs work. All in all, Merry Maids is a fine service run by true professionals and we would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Our monthly service on June 12 was excellent. Suggestion: pay close attention to glass shower doors in master bedroom.

The products used are great. We have well water & even with a home water filtration system we can sometimes experience stains. The products used are excellent for cleaning & removing stains. Carmen & Lucia do an excellent job & are diligent.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my 88 year old mother's condo. I had several special request.. They listen to what I requested and fulfilled each request. They were polite and did an excellent job. I don't think I've seen my floors vacuumed so well. I do think there could be improvement in cleaning tile floors. I love the way my house smells after the cleaning as well. Could be improvment on cleaning high ceiling fans and blinds
