The only thing that I would ask is that if something gets broken, we be informed either by note or in person. Accidents happen, especially when one is trying to get things done in a timely manner (which we appreciate). We would just like to know when something happens as opposed to walking into a room and seeing something broken laying out.

Staff is quick and professional. They use products they are safe for my child, my animals and the environment. I work hard with 4 jobs and it is so wonderful to have the luxury of using a wonderful company that I trust. I even have referred them to my mother.

EVERYTHING! The girls who came on Tuesday were kind and professional. This was THE BEST cleaning I have ever had. My hard woods and my kitchen floor are squeaky clean. I have already recommended Merry Maids to one friend and plan to continue recommending Merry Maids.
The staff have all been very pleasant and professional to work with and have taken care of my home and tried to ensure I am pleased with the service. All in all they do a very good job, but may not pay quite as much attention to detail as I would. Then again, they get the house clean in about 3 hours when I'd spend about 5-6 hours cleaning it and this way I First name removed't have to do a thing. When I do find something, it's minor and can be remedied in a few minutes so this has been a huge assistance to me with my busy schedule.
OH - I work at home on days when they are cleaning and they are very courteous and conscience of my schedule so they are not making noise right outside the door while I'm in a meeting and other than the vacuum I First name removed't hear them much at all. It's a good service at a good value!

We love the service and the ladies, but we do think that every room should have special attention paid at each visit considering the cost. Otherwise, very happy!

Merry Maids has been my cleaning service for quite some time, and I have had no issues. Each time they come, my house is cleaned very well by true professionals who are friendly and do a good job. The office staff is responsive and helpful if I need to periodically make a schedule change. I have used other cleaning services in the past, and Merry Maids has far surpassed any other service I have used! I would definitely recommend them!
The ladies who came were very nice and did a nice job on all the things I asked to be cleaned.
Steph is a good team leader and her work is good as well.
A small bit of lingering black mold around the two showers needs constant attention.
Using a small amount of chlorine-based spray on it is ok.
