I have been very pleased with my Merry Maid. Whatever the products they use are leave the house clean without a chemical smell. Always a pleasure to come home on the day they have been there to a clean house. Cute touches with the tissue and bathroom tissue make me feel a little pampered. I like that "my" person leaves a note explaining what areas received extra attention during that visit.

I am usually very satisfied with the work with a few exceptions. I think that the cleaner is not giving good attention to my master shower and that she occasionally misses vacuuming and also does not mop my entire kitchen floor.

Whatever kind of vacuum cleaner is used works wonders in the dog hair in our home!! With three dogs, it was the first thing we noticed - how clean the rugs looked. Not sure why, but things seem to stay clean longer!
