Products smell good. Mostly I love my Merry Maids.

Quality cleaning service and quality customer service. I've been very pleased with the cleaning and just as impressed with the customer service I receive from the office.

Having the same ladies come every time is a PLUS. They work hard and do a great job. Do not like your 'all purpose cleaner'. I ask them to use my granite cleaner and use vinegar on the floors. They skip my glass cooktop because it leaves a 'greasy film'. One previous maid said they use a 'soft scrub' type cleanser first on the glass cooktop - my instructions said a big NO to any grainy cleaner. Personally, I don't think a soft scrub type needs to be used anywhere - I was surprised since I thought you just used the 'all purpose' one. Other than some scheduling mix-ups, I am pleased with your service.

Your people are fast and efficient. The place smells clean and looks clean.

The employees are very thorough in cleaning my house. For example, they dust under beds. The products they use are very effective in cleaning floors and fixtures in places such as bathrooms and kitchens.

I am satisfied. I like having the same team all the time.

The ladies that come to clean my home are great ; they always do a wonderful job of cleaning and follow any special requests I might have.

The cleaning products for cleaning the glass cooktop and mirrors - they seem to be 'oily' and leave streaky film. I have the girls skip my large bathroom mirror and sometimes skip the glass top due to this problem.

Vicki and Heather did an amazing job. They were thorough, efficient and friendly. Our home was super clean and smelled wonderful when they left!

I like having a regular team of Merry Maids whom I know by name. The two women who come here are thorough and I can always count on them to do a good job. The cloths they use look a lot like Norwex cloths; very good products whether or not they are Norwex. And I love the scent when they're finished.
