You have one particular employee who cleaned our house last week that is hands down the best we have had in the past year and a half. Her first name is Lisa (Don't know her last name). She was so thorough and very conscientious i felt compelled to call your office to acknowledge her work ethic. My advise.......don't lose her!

Sammi is especially fabulous! She is always timely, efficient, ambitious and happy! She is incredibly talented and should be promoted and developed to capitalize on her wealth of information and protocol.

I think the products you use work very well. the only thing I wish could happen is that they do not have to move so fast that sometimes things get missed.

I like that I have the same person, Vicki, everytime. Her partners change but she always doies an excellent job. She makes sure that the house is cleaned when they are finished.

The ladies I have are Deb and Barbie. I am happy with there service. It smells so clean. All the rooms are well taken care of

Only once was I dissatisfied with the cleaning of my home - that was when another pair cleaned it, and didn't complete all of the required cleaning tasks. Merry Maids was awesome about it though - I was refunded my payment for that unacceptable cleaning.
I can't say enough how awesome Heather and Vicki are - they deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication.
