I liked the fact the women who came were very friendly and efficient.

Since Sami came back, we are more satisfied with the cleaning service. Sami knows how to assess the facility and get the cleaning done quickly and thoroughly. We have requested that the mopping be done with hot soapy water and a mop vs the cleaning staff getting down on their hands and knees to scrub by hand. Swiff mopping with cleaning solution doesn't seem to be as clean and disinfected. Since discussing this with Sami the mopping has improved.

Our facility (a firearm company) requires that the cleaning be done during normal working hours while employees are working. This proves to be a challenge at times as the cleaning crew have to be aware of our employees on the phone and noise levels. I would recommend at least two cleaning crew at our facility. One person at a facility the size of ours requires more time and reduces the efficiency.

Managers have always been willing to try to accommodate schedule changes. While on occasion, something has not been cleaned, our house is generally cleaned as expected. In those instances when something has gone wrong, management has been quick to correct the problem.

The maids are always cheery. They consistently do a good job.

As an asthmatic, I was really impressed with the fact that the products used caused me zero breathing distress. On top of that, the two workers who came were effecient and never made us feel like we were in the way. My house was literally cleaner than it has been since we moved in! I already recommended Merry Maid to my friends via Instagram &I'm looking forward to the next appointment!

The lady's are easy to work with and understand that at the end of the day we all want the same thing. I would not trust my home with anyone else but Merry Maids. 100% ,100% of the time.

We were very pleased with our first cleaning. Our only request would be pay a little more attention to the shower tile (particularly) in the master bath.

I love the way the house smells when I first come in. Things smell clean (because they are)!

Staff was very friendly and got to work right away. Our home was in need of very deep cleaning. My parents lived in this home 25 yrs. When my father became ill, the cleaning fell short. I want to get our family home back to the way it was, when we were young. 1 st attempt did get most of the grime, but will definitely need a few more deep cleanings. I am certain that with future visits our home will get back to the beauty hiding under the years of neglect.
