I don't like the way she makes my bed, and they knocked my towel bar off the wall
Great service, flexible scheduling
so far I haven't been impressed. I admit I wasn't here for the first cleaning, but the entrance to the front door was not touched. that's am obvious area when it was filthy.
the second time I was more clear, I came home and the couch and lamp and end tables were about 5 feet from original position

I love the fact that my house always looks so clean after their visits. Twice a month keeps the dust bunnies at bay!
Let customer know ahead what time cleaners will arrive and how many people will be coming, then arrive at the promised time.
Move objects and furniture as needed to dust and/or vacuum the surfaces underneath.
Dust plants and blinds/window treatments.

Communicate the time the cleaners will be arriving and how many are coming. I have to call every time to find out.
The service is wonderful. They show up on time and my house is sparkling clean when they leave!
We often don't get a thorough dusting -- but maybe that's too much to expect, given the size of the house and all the stuff we have. Also, over the years a couple of small items have been damaged (a photo was knocked off a wall and its frame chipped, and an antler was broken off a small animal figurine. Again, this was YEARS ago, and I never said anything, but I wish that the person responsible had mentioned it to us at the time.
But those are relatively minor, to-be-expected things, so I'm not really complaining.
Lots of attention to detail and very thorough job!
A few years ago, Arro had been my contact for cleaning my 1,502 sq ft w/ 2 cats and 1 non-shedding 8lb dog at $210 initial and $165 monthly. I asked Arro to restart the service & was quoted $116 an hour for the initial cleaning now. On April 26, 2021, 2 cleaners under Arro cleaned my house. Arro estimated 2.5 hours & sure enough the 2 cleaners talked & took their time & it took 2.5 hours! Cleaning was ok and I had to closely look at the cleaners to ensure they were actually cleaning as they were going slow and cutting corners. After they left, I was supposed to get a monthly quote that day from Arro, but never did. That night I realized that my 8’’ knife was bent and chipped. I asked Arro if the cleaners had used my knife. No reply. Followed up 4/27 & she said she was looking into it. Never heard back. Followed up 4/29. Arro said she would ‘call me tomorrow’. Never called. Followed up 5/3 and Arro informed me that the cleaner did damage the knife & she would pay for it, but that she would not provide services to my house. I asked for a refund of the difference of my old monthly cleaning fee of $165 and what I had to pay, $290. She refused. Never received a check for the knife from Arro. So disappointed.
I’d love it if there was a set time for the service. Lots of times we’re not 100% sure when our service will be. Also, sometimes we’ve noticed our home isn’t fully dusted.

The maids failed to properly clean the tile floor in the basement. The area of the basement where the television and computer station was inadequately cleaned. It seemed as though they skirted the areas near the walls, leaving debris. In addition, the guest bath floor was not adequately cleaned. There was an area that had an obviously missed spot right in front of the tub. I often leave things the day or so before the visit, because I expect the maids to see and clean them. After all, that is what I am paying for. They lack attention to basics frequently. Once brought to the attention of your management, they improve for the next visit, only to fail in follow-up visits.
In the master bedroom, the maid failed to clean the night table. There were obvious sticky spots that, again I left for the maids to see and clean. They are nice ladies, but sadly, not thorough.
I had planned to call to make these issues known, once again, to management, but am using this forum instead. I hope that we can come to a resolution. I am not asking for perfection, but rather a basic level of cleaning, that remains lacking. Instead of the nicety of folding blankets in my office, I would rather the extra effort go toward actual cleaning. I know this is hard work, I did it myself for weeks after the pandemic began. However, at 65 years of age, my cleaning of the bathroom and other areas of the house were superior. I just am not able to clean as often as I would like, given my general health and age. I need to be able to rely on my cleaning service to do an acceptable, if not very good job. Please feel free to call to discuss any of this feedback.

At the last cleaning, one of the bathrooms was not well cleaned. There was still hair in the shower and streaks on the vanity and stall.
Move objects on counters to clean under/around them. Vacuum under furniture Such as beds, sofas, etc.
The Merry Maids are very efficient and do a great job!
I feel like a get an overall general clean, but the house never feels fully clean for a biweekly clean.
Is there supposed to be extra services that are occasionally included like baseboards, corners, ovens, etc.
The bathrooms and kitchen sinks need more scrubbing or tilex to get rid of Mold in the grout.
I get times to arrive and last week they came early which isn’t usually a problem but since we are all working remotely it was.
I’m not sure if they are rushing but I feel like we need to get a deeper clean than we have, at least once a quarter.

The cleaning can be inconsistent, with some days being very good, and other times not as good, but overall I am happy with the service
Merry Maids does a thorough job. I have been a satisfied client for over thirteen years.
The cleaners are generally sloppy in tidying up. Their cleaning is fine, and that is their main purpose, but things that they do put away are often thrown into a closet or drawer with no care for placement.
On the last visit, they damaged or dislodged the sink stopper in our master bath sink so that now you have to manually remove the stopper to get the sink to drain. I don't know if it can be fixed easily or if I need a plumber. But I don't think it would have gone unnoticed by the staff and yet they didn't inform us.
The Merry Maids team do a wonderful job in our home. They are very fast and efficient!
Service I received was very good from start to finish. The maids were very efficient and thorough -our home shined and smelled so fresh and clean. We have a dog so needed to freshen the home.
The ladies did a very awesome job!! Everything looked so spotless afterwards. I do wish that they had vacuumed the inside of the couch a bit but not a huge deal. Will ask for that specifically next time.
