Everything looks and smells clean.

Arrival time is inconsistent - sometimes 1.5 hour early or 1 hr late, which makes it difficult to plan around. Level of resultant cleanliness can also vary depending upon the individuals sent to clean. One week the floors are not well vacuumed or mopped, the next week the tubs are not well rinsed, leaving behind residual cleaning product.

The ladies do a good job of basic house cleaning but they often seem to work so fast that they forget little things, like a wet rag on the banister, or a mop in the foyer, or rags on counters in bathrooms, or bathroom fans left on, etc. The crew leader should do a final inspection of the entire house before leaving.

House was terrifically clean after the cleaners came. Easy to set up appointment.

Very thorough

I'm just not entirely impressed with the cleaning. Significant spots/things get missed quite often and the clean doesn't always feel that deep. Like things have been cleaned but not completely. Mariam said I would be impressed after each clean and it's just not happening. It's okay, just not great. Having said that, last week was a better clean than usual. Seemed to get a more thorough job.

Consistency in cleaning. Some visits, the job is done very well. Others have required a call back due to poor job.

The last several times my home has been cleaned by your team, it was spotless. Great attention to detail - every granite surface sparkled. Even the cannisters on the kitchen counter had been wiped down - and that matters a GREAT deal to me. My only recent issue is that 3 weeks ago, someone must have accidentally bumped the dials on the gas range, and the wooden butcherblock on top of it nearly started a fire. It sat smoldering overnight while we were all asleep, and I found the wood completely charred on one side in the morning. (We did not use the stove that night.) I kept it to show it to you, but I found the near-miss to be absolutely terrifying.
