I feel like the dusting and vacuuming has not been fully completed. On the evening of cleaning day, we will come home to find dust on the coffee table and cobwebs in corners. We would love if the team was a little more thorough on these things.
I've had a few issues with the quality of work, which improves after I fill out a survey like this. But today, I got home and the trash wasn't emptied (a basic task) and the girls seem to sweep through the home very (too) quickly.
Professional and nice team. The ladies who took care of my apartment were professional, organized, and energetic. The price was reasonable.
The ladies did a great job cleaning, even did more than I expected! I don't know what products they used but something smelled like cinnamon and it was lovely!
I'm sorry to say this, but as much as I love the quality of your cleaning, your girls have managed to kill TWO of my orchids. Are they spraying something around them? Are they handling them roughly to move them?
After they killed the first one (It wilted immediately after your visit and continued to wilt until it died) I moved the other 3 and put a sign on it saying "Please do not touch." Somehow, a second one started wilting literally the day after they were here.
I know I'm not imagining this, and I wonder if any other customers have mentioned this to you?
On time, do a thorough job, don't mess with anything, very quiet.
More attention to detail with dusting and polishing kitchen stainless steel appliances
The ladies are super friendly and they get everything perfectly clean.
Fairly thorough, but one of the counters in the master bath were not clean. The second visit was scheduled and you called to confirm 2 days prior, then did not show. You said you thought it was for the following week. So why did you call to confirm?
On time and do a good job!
I usually have to go over cleaning of the glass surfaces, i.e. living room coffee table, TV table, small windows in den.
I know the ladies do work hard but sometimes I wonder if they might be in a hurry due to job constraints to move to next job.
Just check over their work before they leave.
Initially the cleanings were great, but sometimes it feels like they miss spots. Overall I trust the people that come to the house and they do a good job, but could spend a little more time and be more detailed.
Was the worst cleaning job and highest rate I've experienced in 6 years of having housekeeping help. Things were still dusty and the laundry room was not cleaned at all. I usually pay $150-$175 for an initial cleaning. At $255, this was highly disappointing!
They were very quick and easy to use. The people were fast and my cats(who are cats and don't really like anyone) enjoyed the woman who cleaned my house. I plan on using the service again soon.

I don't believe that cutting my cleaning from every week to every other week should make my rate go up $30.
Great service, ladies were very nice and efficient. They forgot to do the fridge but will do it next time. Otherwise we r very happy and will use every 2 weeks!

House is always clean and they are fast and efficient.
I have always been very happy with Merry Maids, however in the last visit, I found the maids had thrown my daughters swim suit in the trashbag outside in the garbage can. I had to pick through some disgusting trash to find it. We were really glad to find her suit and we are hoping this was a one time mistake.

More attention to detail. More thorough cleaning. Often it's good but a few times it's not been as thorough.
