The service is the best. I like that the day before, there is an email to remind that they are coming the next day. The day of the appointment there is an email telling that the team is on their way. I just wish I knew the day before what approximate time of day to expect them. The exact time isn't necessary, just an estimate of what time to expect them.
The work is done efficiently according to the agreed arrangement of what is to be done. It is always well done!

For a scheduled cleaning, an email reminder is sent the day before. Another email is sent when the cleaning team is on their way to your house. Cleaning is done quickly and efficiently. The house smells clean when finished. Cleaning teams are pleasant, friendly and behave professionally. We have recommended Merry Maids to friends many times!
