very pleased with the service, very clean, quick but thorough work. Ladies were professional & friendly. I was not uncomfortable with them. One small complaint was not all things that were moved to clean were returned to original place, but it was minor and this was their first time in my home.

The appts are kept unless there is an emergency. The team divide up their work,really team work. They are pleasant and understand my need for cleanliness (since I can't see things correctly), they care about my (to me) silly decorations, window solar items, etc.
I would like to request they leave my shower hose hanging down, after they leave. I have lost so much height, I can't reach it when it is put up(as it should be). Thank you.

For a scheduled cleaning, an email reminder is sent the day before. Another email is sent when the cleaning team is on their way to your house. Cleaning is done quickly and efficiently. The house smells clean when finished. Cleaning teams are pleasant, friendly and behave professionally. We have recommended Merry Maids to friends many times!

I was pleased when I came home to a clean house. One thing I did notice though was the back splash behind the stove e was not done. Otherwise it was excellent.
