They are reliable and trustworthy but typically dust "around" things and forget to put throw rugs back on the floor. Occasionally my front door was left unlocked.

I've been using Merry Maids for 20 years now. They come when expected and notify you of the time to expect them the day before, which I appreciate. The girls do a great job of dusting, cleaning the floors, and scrubbing the bathrooms and kitchen. It is all done in a timely manner!
