Dependable hard working

The ladies appear to work together very well and are always friendly and polite. The one minor annoyance is a few of the wall hangings (i.e., pictures and other decorations) are left askew after dusting. It is a minor concern and one easily corrected but it would be nice if a little attention could be provided to this detail.

By having you clean on Mondays we usually get the same crew. We like the crew and the continuity.

I used Merry Maids here in Fayetteville, NC, but the last time I requested Merry maids was for my daughter's apartment in Hagerstown MD, she was very pleased with the service and said they did a very good job.

It's all about the staff at Merry Maids. They have always arrived when scheduled, and they demonstrate great care and concern for work they do. Most of all they are friendly. It's always a pleasure to come home from a hard day at work to find my apartment clean and fresh. Oh, the OREK vaccume appears to do an awesome job. The carpet is always fluffed-up, and looking good!

The best product the Merry Maids ladies use is simple, old-fashion 'elbow grease.' I have a textured cermanic tile kitchen floor which, at times, is difficult to clean. I know becasue of my efforts to clean this floor. I have noted Linda literally on her hands & knees scrubbing the tile to ensure it is thoroughly clean. This has really impressed me. I also appreciate the times the ladies select one or two rooms to give a special focus and cleaning.

Lately the girls who have been there are doing a grety job and I can tell when they use Murphy's as the whole house smells nice. They also straighten the stuff on my shelves in bedroom and bathrooms, etc.. when they dusct which gives everything a nice orderly look since I don't have the time to do it on the off weeks. Thank you!

Your people are here when they say they will be and are very efficient. We particularly like Mary, the usual "lead" person.

I do not know what products you use in my home. Regarding the service, I like the reminder call the day before the service. Also, I appreciate the pleasant attitude of the cleaners, and the fact that they deliver service for the contracted time. They also arrive during the time period promised. They do a good job in the bathrooms and are responsive to requests to concentrate their efforts where I ask them to.
