I like having the same person show up each time as I work in my home and sometimes outside the home and I need to know who is there. Also need to know they probably will not have any questions as they are at my home every two weeks, all the same. The person who comes to my home knows her routine and knows what I like to have done. She is respectful, conscientious, knows her job and is pleasant, a real pleasure to have in my home.

The regularity of thorough house-cleaning was a blessing when my wife was dying of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Since her passing, it has been particularly helpful to continue the service of Merry Maids to assure that the house is always ready for guests and family -- or for the thought of potential real estate sale. The Merry Maids I've encountered are invariably polite, friendly, and responsive to requests for special cleaning attention. They work quickly and relatively quietly. They are thorough, too. My only concern is that there is so little continuity in the service providers. I would enjoy having the same person for each bi-weekly visit. I feel strange about having to ask a new person about their name and then having to show them the rooms in my home. It would be much more comfortable for me to deal with the same person each time.

Merry Maids has been extremely communicative,accommodating, and consistent. James is terrific to work with. My team is absolutely wonderful, they are dependable and very caring of my home. My home is absolutely gleaming when they leave. I have been so happy with everything from start to finish. Extremely pleased!!!
