I like the reliability of knowing when someone will be coming every time I’m scheduled. I’ve been in my home for 33 years, and have used Merry Maids for all that time. There has never been a “no show”! I honestly don’t think about the products; they seem to always get the job done.

Consistency of service.

I do not like the products used. Mop handles chip marks on walls. That horrid long duster also causes damage. Why no hot water and soap to clean rather than spray? And using a cleanser rather than a spray on bathroom surfaces?

I liked my communication with James and Nikki. They were both so friendly and professional. I had to change the schedule several times and James was great about it. There were circumstances beyond my control and he, they just went with the flow with me so to speak. Follow up was great. Everything. I felt that I had complicated concerns and instructions for the final cleaning. They were great. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat beat.

I like that you offer a choice of products. The lemon oil works well on the furniture. When Amber & Erin came on Tuesday, it was their first time here. They noted that I use more environmentally friendly products so asked me if I would prefer the more environmentally friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen, which I did.
Amber & Erin did an outstanding job and were delightful to have working here. They were friendly, upbeat, professional and worked diligently.
