The company lets you know when the workers are on their way to my home. There have been cancellations but the cleaning has easily been rescheduled. The products smell fresh and clean not harsh.

The Merry Maids employees seem genuinely polite and helpful. They pursue a specific pattern of cleaning, but are always responsive to requests for special attention activities. Although there is no consistency in the bi-weekly personnel provided, the workers are all diligent, prompt, and thorough. I have been impressed with the flexibility of scheduling, too. That is, if I have a guest coming on my normal cleaning day, it is easy for me to re-schedule the work. While the cost of the service seems a little high, the quality of performance is consistent and strong.

I got what I expected- they showed up on the date and time that was set. They cleaned my whole house from top to bottom. I loved the way my hardwood floors looked when I got home from work. My kitchen tile looked great also. These ladies worked very hard and I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a super clean on their home. Honestly I wish I could come home ever week with my house looking like the way they cleaned it. Thank you
