Our service is scheduled for a particular time, and with a particular Merry Maids employee. If, for whatever reason, the person is going to be late, or our person is unavailable, the office notifies me. Depending on our needs and issues, we are given an opportunity to be a part of the decision regarding who will come and when. We don’t simply have a stranger appear at the door at an unexpected time.

We have “sensitive noses,” and the cleaning products used by Merry Maids do not affect those noses! The products appear to be good, because the house is nice and clean when they leave.

The service of a home cleaning business is no better than the people sent to provide the services. The young lady who comes is very nice, and she is quite thoughtful and thorough. So, because of her, Merry Maids has a good reputation for us.

Our bathrooms are cleaned magnificently. We love Merry Maids.
