Professionalism, friendly,excellent cleaning procedures. Staff are easy to work with, I have had a couple of issues, minor, but they were addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend Merry Maids to friends and family. First of all they are a Nationally recognized company, been in business for a very long time. They have an excellent record. Why wouldn't I choose them. They have proven to be my perfect fix. I have numerous allergies..........the products they use have not created any issues for me. When the staff leave my home on cleaning day, my home has a fresh, clean aroma, love it!!

My first clean wasn't a success, but all I had to do was call and let them know I wasn't satisfied and they came back out the next day and did a superb job.
I love the smell of chemicals you use and the freshness it leaves behind.

I'm thankful that I can always depend on the service. If my regular person is unavailable MM will send another cleaner, but not before contacting me to approve. I also like that the service uses it's own equipment. I don't have to supply the vacuum cleaner nor the products. If I have a complaint I give the office a call and they handle my complaint. I have been with MM's since 1993. I have recommended their service to several friends. I look forward to continue using MM,

II have already recommended MM to friends. I love it and wouldn't be without it. I am unable to do much as far as housekeeping, changing the bed etc, so I depend on the MM a lot. It is nice to know when they leave, this place is really clean and smells so good. I'm afraid to touch anything- I don't want to mess anything up! The MM have always been polite, professional and friendly. They get right to it when they come and I have never found any of them simply standing around or on their devices! I am very grateful for all they do!

Great folks. They do a good job and are honest.

Clean smell after they have been to my Mom’s house, and how comfortable she feels while they are they. Even if she’s not feeling well, the girl’s always ask her if she needs anything and are very kind to her. We feel very confident if there were other services we needed, all we need do is ask.

I have Tabitha come in periodically to do my two bathrooms and hardwood floors. She is awesome and looks/feels/smells like a new house when she is done. She is awesome!!
