Our experience with Merry Maids has been really very positive. When we began, the staff was very customer-oriented allowing us to figure out which day of the week worked best for us, what time of day was best for us, and acceding to our request to have the same team for each visit. The staff is also very good at advising us of holiday schedule conflicts that occur and work easily with us to accommodate any changes we request. Our team of Kelly and Tammie always do a great job in our home. We also like the email notices both before they arrive and after they've finished so we know when to leave and when to return. Opening the door when we return is always a pleasant experience because of the wonderful fresh, clean smell. Your cleaning products seem to do the job well and leave a pleasant scent.
