Flexibility .cleaning products used need to be targeted to the items being cleaned examples wood floors Bruce floor cleaner not water . Ceramic tile a cleaner specifically for that type of floor
Products use do not leave a film or smudge on furniture. My house is always cleaned beyond my satisfaction. I especially love how my bathrooms look. Spotless!

I like the care that Lori, Jenni & April take when cleaning our home. They're especially wonderful and careful when doing the kitchen and they arrange the kids' pillows and stuffed animals in cute ways in their bedroom. I can tell they take pride in doing a good job!

It feels and smells so good when I come home from work after Merry Maids have cleaned. My wood floor is so clean. The ceiling fans have been dusted. I loved getting my frig cleaned after I liked Merry Maids on Facebook. The only complaint I have is floor boards, corners and behind doors could be cleaner. I have found dust and kitty hair buildup.

None of us are perfect, however, I've been satisfied with the overall service Merry Maids completes for me. I was not present when they visited a few days ago...and we had put a note on the door to come on in, etc...When I came back I could detect the smell of cleaning products, and the house was put back in acceptable order.
I had been in the hospital for 5 days recently, and didn't get to do much of my regular cleaning, however, I was pleased with the way it looked when I arrived back home shortly after they had been here. qm
The chemicals used are not harsh smelling. I woul prefer if they had something to use to get the hard water marks off of shower doors.
My house is always clean & smells nice & fresh.

I think I will have you use Murphy's oil floor cleaner on my wood floors next time, though. I have some. Just need to leave it out.
