Well, I depend on them for their once a month cleaning for me. They do the work that I can't do at this time. I have no major complaints.
Products, I can't say much about. I don't get too much involved with what they are using, just so it is safe and not harmful to household furnishings. And of course, does a good job of cleaning.

We like the flexibility that the team provides. We know that we can change the time if needed to accommodate a vacation. We didn't think we would like different teams in our home but we feel that once the "routine" is established on our home that it will give us the best effort. Each individual has strengths and by having different individuals clean from time to time we probably get a better result. We have the team use our products
