I like that the cleaners are really easy to work with and listen to any additional instructions (don't clean that sink, for example), the products smell good, and I really really love when they do extra little touches that make the home look special.

Always very thorough and hard working staff
This past Friday they did not arrive at or near their usual time. I felt as a result they rushed through the job. Kitchen was well done, except they left a very wet floor that we had to dry up with towels. They did not clean the bathroom off the from hall.
In the future we would like for them to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 so they can be done by about noon.
