As I live quite a distance away, I'm pleased to have met with two of your employees during a visit to my mother's home. She has always expressed her satisfaction with the work your staff does for her. Their visit was cut a tad short on their March visit - and I encouraged them to head back to Bloomington.
They discussed briefly with me what they planned to do for Mom during upcoming visits....and I found no fault with their work. They both seemed personable and competent, and I feel secure that they will continue to accommodate Mom's cleaning needs.
