Merry Maids staff are very conscientious and skilled in their work; and put extra effort into caring for our home.

The fact that so far any of the maids going into the have loved the dogs and if there is too much loving by Sandy, she has to go to her room. Also that the girls are willing to put with my sister-in-law who has CP and is in a wheelchair. I don't know who watch for the girls more, the dogs or Rozanne.

The girls do a great job and I am pleased with their work.

I am alway informed on exactly what was worked on. So its easier to evaluate how well my place has been cleaned.

For the most part, there is consistency in the quality of work, the professionalism, and the regular schedule

We received a very complete estimate on an out of the ordinary job of cleaning our recreational vehicle following a mice infestation during storage. My husband had an adverse allergic reaction while we attempted to clean it ourselves. A cleaning solution was recommended during the consultation visit of which we approved. Our camper simply sparkled and shined and was finished in less time than originally thought to take. We went camping this past weekend and it was lovely not having to worry about the cleanliness of the interior of the camper, but the best part was that my husband suffered no ill effects and was able to breather freely! Thank you for your consideration and speedy response to our dilemma!

The only issue that I had was that I was expecting your people to come to my house around 8:30. When they didn't arrive, I called the office and was told that they would be here sometime in the morning. I had some errands to run so I was not able to be here when they came and felt bad about that.

I came home around the time that the ladies were leaving. They were very nice and had good customer service skills.
