I love the notes detailing what has been completed. I appreciate the thorough communication as well as thorough cleaning Kendra does when she is in our home. She is very clear about what gets cleaned on rotation and what gets cleaned regularly. Her work has been impeccable. We use our kitchen a LOT and yet it is cleaner than it has ever been because she does such a wonderful job. I also appreciate that she gets along with our pets so well, even leaving us little notes about how our dog does while she is in the house.
