I initially had issues with the quality of work of a trainee. But Merry Maids made it right. Once I called to let them know the cleaning quality was not as expected, the right people were sent to fix everything. I especially want to thank Ryleigh and Brenda. They are very skilled and efficient. Brenda came back the next day with the appropriate product to clean my shower walls and they turned out great. I also very much appreciate the call I received from General Manager Gretchen, who apologized for the trainee, reduced my fee, and assured me the work would be completed correctly. Because of these three, I would recommend Merry Maids.

My cleaning team always does a wonderful job. The schedule has them cleaning some things every visit and others occasionally which is perfect. I almost cancelled my appointment while I was traveling for two weeks. Coming home to a sparkling clean house after a 9-hour flight from Europe was a dream! I'm so glad I kept the appointment!
