When Gretchen found out I was very ill she said there was a government program that would give me free service for my cleaning need. They are finishing up today. I will contact them again and gladly pay for services if I can afford it.
They did an excellent job on the first part and the hardest part of my cleaning. Master bedroom and bathroom. Everything they cleaned was filthy and had nicotine stains.
They are finishing up the job today by cleaning all vents, ceiling fans, window blinds, and inside of the refrigerator.
I am so relieved that this is being done.
I will gladly call them again when I can afford to.

Even during this strange period of time, Merry Maids is taking the necessary steps to keep our home a safe and clean environment.

After having not been thoroughly cleaned for two months, my house was shiny clean after Tori’s visit. She got down and cleaned under all the furniture and shined up my kitchen floor.

My home stays clean!!!

Kristen who provides our weekly service is Fantastic!! The products she uses smell wonderful and the house is truly clean. I have 4 little ones so the floors can be abused during the week. Our youngest is crawling so we do vacuum and sweep on a daily basis but I do not have the time to get down and clean the floors. Kristen makes sure the floors are safe and clean for the baby.
The office is very easy to communicate with and strive for the best customer service. Gretchen was wonderful to meet with at the beginning and helped answer all of our questions.

I don’t mind the email to give a rating about the service...but I don’t like to be redirected to this site every time. I responded once already. I will not be willing to response to the email anymore. I would like to let you know that the service is great once....but I don’t like to be redirected to another site.

As far as your service goes what we liked the best was that you came back a second time to follow up on something that wasn’t quite done the first time. When you came back the second time everything was great!
