I don't use Merry Maids personally but my elderly father, who still lives independently, does. He has been well satisfied with their service. They do a good job and their staff are professional and cordial. They have been very reliable as far as keeping on schedule is concerned.

Jana did an amazing job of catching up on several weeks of soap scum and dog hair.

1. Our house is always thoroughly cleaned and orderly at each appointment.
2. Tina and her partners are friendly and listen to and respond to our requests.
3. Throughout the pandemic, they always wear masks and gloves and follow guidelines for distancing for our safety. I love the checklist that they have cleaned high touch areas.
4. They always communicate what they’ve done and the focus for the next time.
5. Tina is excellent in her leadership and we requested to continue having her when we moved.
6. We are very pleased with our experience.

So nice to have the whole house cleaned at once and not have to find time to do it right now.

Always dependable to be there on day of our cleaning. And I like receiving the reminders ahead of time. If something is missed or not as expected, you can let them know and it'll be fixed. The workers are friendly but don't spend a lot of time chatting, they get their work done. And Becky who we have now is just excellent. She does a great job.

Every Merry Maid that has been to my house has been polite, helpful and hardworking. If you ask them to check something out a second time it is done immediately.

Cleaning teams are efficient and courteous, do a great job, and the products used are safe for everything in my house - including some pieces of antique wood furniture!

I like that I have Tuna every week and she and her crew do a great job!

Dependable quality

I was not sure our bathrooms in our new home could even come clean, I had low expectations for how it would look even after a cleaning but Merry Maids did amazing & the bathroom looked almost brand new! It was a total transformation!

Excellent first time experience. The house had a good clean smell when I returned home later in the afternoon. Not a disinfectant odor, but just a good fresh scent. Always a pleasure to return to a newly cleaned home. I am highly satisfied with this first cleaning experience by Merry Maids and I plan to add to this review in the future when I can provide a more cumulative evaluation.

When Gretchen found out I was very ill she said there was a government program that would give me free service for my cleaning need. They are finishing up today. I will contact them again and gladly pay for services if I can afford it.
They did an excellent job on the first part and the hardest part of my cleaning. Master bedroom and bathroom. Everything they cleaned was filthy and had nicotine stains.
They are finishing up the job today by cleaning all vents, ceiling fans, window blinds, and inside of the refrigerator.
I am so relieved that this is being done.
I will gladly call them again when I can afford to.
