I like the reliability of the cleaning schedule and the fact that I have had the same woman cleaning my home for three years, so that she knows my house and what's important to me. The office is responsive and helpful.

The company was very helpful in terms of customer service as well as results provided. They worked with me to set up a convenient time for our consultation, and even went above and beyond accommodating for my work schedule. They were on time and thorough, and did not exceed the estimated costs. While in my home, the merry maids never dawdled or caused me to pay for any wasted time. I am beyond satisfied with my results.

I like that I can request a date to have my house cleaned, the ladies do a good job and that they're insured in case an accident happens and something is broken or damaged. Peace of mind.
