I like that the team is the same week after week, that they listen to what you want and the main office staff are easy to talk to and available.

I like the consistency of having the same team clean my house, at least most of the time. I certainly understand when changes need to be made but you try very hard to keep the same team. I don't really like the fragrance in some of the products but most of it has dissipated by the time I get home from work.
