Everything you use to clean the house is appropriate and works well. The ladies are friendly and thoughtful and do their best to be sure the house is cleaned properly and they try hard not to miss anything.

We receive reminder calls, the Merry Maid shows up on time. We always receive a thorough cleaning. Price is reasonable.

The ladies are always very polite and of course they always do a wonderful job.

Am very happy with your service. You know I am very happy with Cathy. I can be very difficult to deal with and crabby. Ill sometimes also and need certain rooms cleaned first so I can rest. Cathy does it without complaining. She should though.
I do not want to say anything negative about your other staff. Wonderful ladies. Not sure they could put up with me though.

I like that each visit a different person(s) clean my house so that there is a different “routine” for cleaning is used. Everyone has different styles & their strengths will differ so you get the best with a combination of people cleaning.
When I walk into my home after they’ve cleaned it smells & looks like they cleaned. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats & that’s a lot of hair & such to keep under control but I’ve never been disappointed with my floors & carpet after a cleaning.

The service is reliable and they do a decent job.

Cathy does such a great job cleaning our home. While we have been very happy with the Merry Maids teams, Cathy has stood out. Everyone one in the family recognizes when Cathy has visited as the house is thoroughly and attentively cleaned. We are so pleased with Merry Maids and the service they provide!

Cathy does a great job but questionable about other people you have sent here. Feel you guys can't retain staff to give good service. Was a vice president of data processing at Victoria's Secret catalogue for ten years so know what I am talking about.
