I like that I get a reminder call about upcoming cleaning dates, and that I am told at what time I can expect the cleaners to get to my house. I like that Merry Maids allows me to be flexible when I need to switch up the dates of my cleaning. The cleaners always do a great job. Everyone associated with my service, from the office representatives to the cleaners themselves, is always friendly and professional and responsive.

I would like to recognize Maribel for the exceptional service she provided at my home. I have never had anyone clean my home and I tend to be a slight neat freak. However, due to recent surgery I simply needed help. Not being able to even vacuum was stressful enough. She was on time, professional, kind and her attention to detail was outstanding.
