Reliable showing up, and easy to call office for rescheduling. Never a problem. This service is for my father-in-law, who is 90 years old. At first he never knew who was coming to clean, and soon noticed that some maids were more thorough. He liked Jenny, and after mentioning this to the manager, she is his assigned cleaner. She sometimes brings new hires to his home for training. She supplies her own cleaners, and everything sparkles when she's done. He's delighted and we're pleased with the price and the service.

The service Jenny M provides is outstanding. At our request, however, she uses the cleaning products we have. I called to give thanks and commend her on her work at the office, but found out she is no longer working with Merry Maids. I just hope we can have someone who cared and took the time to do as well as she did. Thanks.

Service is flexible, and rescheduling has never been a problem. Merry Maids cleans my father-in-law's home, every 2 weeks. They dust and vacuum regularly, and every so often give the place a super cleaning that makes everything shine. The bathroom is scoured and tile work glistens. The tub ring disappears, and everything smells clean.

The team(s) has been consistent in the quality of their work and don't leave until the job is done. At all times they have been very courteous & professional.

It's the overall service that I like: I get reminder phone calls before each scheduled cleaning. The girls arrive on time on the day they're scheduled. Then, they always exceed my expectations by picking up loose coins or pairing loose earrings together that I might have left in two different places in the home. Those little things make me so happy to come home to a clean home.
