I like the products used in my home when it is cleaned. However I sometimes see that whatever is used to clean the vinyl doesn't do a thorough job.
I also like to have my upholstery cushions vacuumed. That is not always done.
Otherwise I am satisfied.
First off - the Merry Maids are always polite and very respectful towards me and that is always very important to me. They each do their respective jobs and ask questions about what I might want done that they maybe have not before. They always ask if there is anything they can do for me. I am always pleased with whomever comes to my house. And they are a BIG help to me because of my health problems causing me limitations.

My house is clean when I get home from work
I like the work that the MERRY MAIDS do - they make sure everything is dusted and cleaned and vaccumed. Because of medical issues, there are some things I cannot do and they are an absolute help to me. The ladies are so freindly and cheerful. I really enjoy having them come just to see them.

From the minute I sent my e-mail, I was treated professionally and friendly with Merry Maids. I explained what I wanted to be done at my home and was told that all of my requests would be taking care of. They were able to get to schedule me quickly and everything went smoothly with quick replies to any questions. When I arrived home, it was such a treat to see my home looking so clean and smelling so fresh! Whatever they used to clean, did not leave any traces of any fragrance but cleans very well. I was told that all of their products were animal friendly, which was very important to me. Even my 15 year old son noticed what a great job they did.
I have had Merry Maids out to my house two times now, and look forward to the next time I contact them. I know I can count on my needs taken care of easily, professionally and timely.
I would recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!

Fast efficient friendly
Response to our urgent request was extremely quick. They did a good job on short notice and we recognize it was a big job. There were some things that were not quite like I would have wanted them left, but we had a limited time to get things done.
