The crew that come to my house every two weeks always ask if there are special things that need attention. I can tell that the crew leader oversees what members of her crew are responsible for. They are curious and pleasant. The office staff is very flexible about changes in schedule when we travel.

Am not always happy with the vacuuming and dusting. Have felt all along this was due to the staff being new to my home but we are getting to the point that I think I should see results.
