I notice items are not moved prior to dusting surfaces. But, I feel sure since the staff has only been to my condo twice, it takes time to make the adjustment and see what needs to be done. I would recommend Merry Maids with the stipulation there is an adjustment period.

I must say the products used now do not have the nice scent as other scents used in the past.

When I come home after the maids have been here there is a subtle pleasant scent that lets me know they were here.

The cleaning technicians from Merry Maids are always very friendly but very professional and efficient. They look at the list of things I would like them to do and then get right to work. I appreciate the thorough job they do. I'm not that familiar with the products they use but all seem to get the job done.

The service and products used in my house are excellent. NELL cleaned my house this last time and did an exceptional job. The house was so clean and fresh you could smell how clean it was before I opened the door. I would love to have NELL clean my house again.
