Merry Maids are punctual or I get a text message informing me when they will arrive approximately.
Any tasks that I ask to be given attention, gets attention efficiently and to my liking .
I like that I can have the same person(s) so that there is continuity of service.
I like that I can telephone the office and speak to a “live” person whenever I want to make new or alternate arrangements or to advise the office or MM of a change in my schedule or any special circumstances.
Although many MM speak Spanish or a language in addition to English, they communicate very well with me in English.

Associates are very friendly, yet go about their business quietly and efficiently. They did a excellent job on my first "deep cleaning." The price is very reasonable, especially considering that two associates come to my home to clean.
