I like that I can have the same person(s) so that there is continuity of service.
I like that I can telephone the office and speak to a “live” person whenever I want to make new or alternate arrangements or to advise the office or MM of a change in my schedule or any special circumstances.
Although many MM speak Spanish or a language in addition to English, they communicate very well with me in English.

Associates are very friendly, yet go about their business quietly and efficiently. They did a excellent job on my first "deep cleaning." The price is very reasonable, especially considering that two associates come to my home to clean.

They did a GREAT job. Cleaned every corner and nook. Bathrooms sparkled and the house smelled great. Kitchen was spotless. There was some construction done before they came and the house was VERY dusty. When they left every speck of dust was gone. This is my 2nd time using merry maids and I was and still am impressed. THANK YOU LADIES!!!
