The friendly service which is modified according to how I prefer the house cleaned. For instance, at one point, the product utilized to wash the floors was leaving them dull and with residual product. There was an immediate change in product used and/or cleaning method to rectify the situation. Excellent responsiveness is greatly appreciated.
