She also makes sure all the faucets in the bathroom have that brand new look. I love having the luxury of having my house cleaned. And, it meets my satisfaction each time.

The products you all use are really great and everything looks so nice/clean after they are used. It is so good to have Donna back doing our house, she does a very good job and is always so friendly and never in a hurry to get the job done. She takes her time and is very thorough.

Very thorough job cleaning everything in apartment even though, I'm embarrassed to admit, the apartment was very dirty before being cleaned, with accumulated grime on counter tops and very badly stained bathtub, among other things. Surprised two people could get so much done in only 3 1/2 hours. Pleased and impressed by prompt refund of 1/2 hour's worth of prepaid fee. Again, the bathtub started off very badly stained - I didn't know that the staff could get it to the point where it looked pretty much as good as new. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and friendly when I talked to them before and after they worked on the apartment. One thing that I'm sure wasn't the staff's fault and that really didn't hurt anything - although it was cute that they put a new liner in the kitchen trash can, the liner split when I was lifting the trash out later, but the contractor who came the next day to shampoo the carpet evidently had no trouble getting the spot where the trash fell (I picked the trash up after the bag split, of course) as well cleaned as everywhere else in the apt. The bags might be a bit delicate, or it could have been that that particular bag was a bit weak at the seam or something. Again, no harm done and a great job.

The ladies seem hard working and fast and the products seem to do a great job without harming anything.

Reliability............

I have had one very special lady cleaning my home, by herself, for the past several years and am extremely happy to have her. She does a far superior job to any other representative that has serviced my home. My wish and hope is that she will continue to be with me for years to come. The best I have ever had.

Products are unscented because I'm allergic to scent. I appreciate having the same regular Merry Maid coming each time. It creates continuity!

We are very happy to have Emily clean our house. First of all, Emily arrives at our house with a smile on her face, ready to do a professional job (always) of cleaning our house. Emily cleans professionally, and she is so pleasant while she is here. We had several other Merry Maids prior to having Emily come to do the cleaning, and after just one time cleaning our house, we knew Emily was that one special person we wanted to come back. Her cleaning is rated at a (9+), along with her pleasant personality!

I am late in answering this survey but we are very pleased with the service and products used in our home. We are very saddened today (Feb. 24, 2012) to learn that Donna will not be cleaning our house anymore do to another job. She has always been a joy to be around, has done an excellent job cleaning and even knowing what not to do about our cat. He is not real friendly but Donna knows where he goes to hide out and she just leaves him alone. It is always such a good feeling to have a nice clean house after she leaves.
