They are very complete in cleaning your home and leave your house in great cindition. Jennifer is my Merry Maid and always arrives on time and with a smile on her face. She is thorough and completes her job as quickly as possible. If you happen to be out of town they will work with you to schedule another time. I love my Merry Maid and can only speak for her. It would be hard for me to give the company a 10 since I have only had Jennifer.

Service is reliable. Cleaning is very thorough. upon entering my home, there is an immediate, pleasant, fragrance-free scent of "clean."

Prepping my inherited home for sale is a huge responsibility. I was thankful that Merry Maids worked to help me. In two hours, the wonderful team of two professional and expert cleaners were able to accomplish all the tasks on my priority list plus everything on the 'not so important' list. They were quick and working hard for the full two hours and were pleasant. They came to me with suggestions and helpful hints when they had finished my priority list. I was able to leave them to their task without any supervision or suggestions from me. That was necessary since I was dealing with painter and real estate agents while they were working. They worked around family, my dog, visitors, clutter. I can't recommend those two professionals enough. I will have them come back when I get the house emptied to do a final cleaning. And the window washer, hired through Merry Maids was also wonderful, working hard to get windows cleaned. I should also mention that the house had been neglected for years! What a difference the cleaning did to the house!

I find my local Merry Maids service to be dependable - I know that every other Friday they WILL be there to clean as expected, no question. It is helpful that Merry Maids brings its own supplies and equipment to clean. I also appreciate how my local Merry Maids representatives respect my opinion and strive without question to ensure my services are satisfactory.

The girls do a great job everytime and are so nice. The office staff is super friendly, attentive to your needs and very professional. I wouldn't have anyone else!

I've been very pleased with the work our girls do. They are considerate and efficient.

II do have one recommendation because it is important to me. Last week the cleaning lady was at least 3 hrs later Thani was expecting. This would be no problem if I had been warned regarding change of time. I know there was a logical reason, but I could have planned my day better if I jhad been informed.

I appreciate this chance to tell you my feelings. I do feel you owe it to your customers to inform them of change. My time is important to me also.

Everything is works wonderfully.

Jennifer has been very flexible to some special conditions in my home recently and she is always pleasant and caring. This kept me from cancelling my cleanings as I knew she would work with my special needs.

I find that the products used work very well. One comment I would have is my house is very large and hard for one person to do. I would benefit from a very deep cleaning at least a couple times a year like they did on the initial visit. I need to find out about other services as well such as window cleaning, etc.

Very thorough. We have wood floors and they looked great after they were done. Not everyone can do that. They did a great job on the bathroom.
