Laura worked at a good pace, and was very consistant in her work. She used Murphy's Oil on all shutters and doors, however the good smell didn't seem to linger as long as I would have liked. (I apparently use more, and I noticed she had already mixed her when she arrived.) She is very dedicated and focused on making her customer happy. I would definitely recommend MM to friends, and will likely have you return in the upcoming year.

I am happy with my service, - I have had Kerrie the last several months and she does a good job. I would like to have her come a little earlier just because my kids get home from school and she is still here and we are in her way. I know she cleans another house before mine so that may not be possible. I do want to always make sure that all the items that can be moved to sweep and mop are moved and all the items that can be moved before dusting are moved, and I always want all furniture dusted in each room. I had called about an estimate for my windows to be cleaned and I have not heard anything from that yet. Thanks

You can depend on someone coming on the day they have assigned to you. Also, I trust the honesty of the staff that cleans.

Had a "spring cleaning" last week. Could not believe what a thorough job was done. Will definitely have this done annually. Also, have raved about this to friends and suggested they treat themselves to such a cleaning.

Very low odor and everything was sparkling clean.

My home is "Christmas Clean" after having Merry Maids clean, shine, and get into all the corners that I seldom get to. The women who came for the initial cleaning were very pleasant and worked well together. I don't know specifically about the products but understand they are non-toxic and eco-friendly, leaving a fresh yet not overpowering scent throughout my home. No streaks or smudges, just clean. ;-)

The products youu all use are so good and things always look so nice after the special clothes are used. Also very pleased with the job Donna does for us & even though we are rarely home anymore when she comes we no we can trust her in our home and that means so much to us. Thanks for everything.

I like the promptness, efficiency and pleasant disposition of our service provider. I can/would recommend the service shoul I be asked to do so. Also, the personnel is prompt and efficient even though they sometimes have to make various small changes. I like the fact that one person (Emily) usually cleans the unit, so we have a direct personal link to the management. Emily has learned to accomodate many variants in cleaning the unit, and does so cheerfully and efficiently.

Everything is great!

Both office and cleaning staff are courteous, helpful and professional. My house is always spotless and smells clean without an overwhelming chemical odor. Everyone does a great job and cares about the customers!

The products seem to clean well and Janie seems to do a goog job cleaning.

We loved the effort the ladies put forth. We loved the attention to detail (seriously we didn't know our cabinets could be that clean!) We also loved that Merry Maids brought all of their own equipment and products.

I really love Merry Maids and all the products that are used in my home. I think the main reason I like Merry Maids so much is the maid herself. Always willing to do whatever is asked. Shows up with a smile an does a fantastic job. Her name is Jennifer. I am not so sure I would like Merry Maids if she was not around

I have been very happy with my service, I did recommend you to a friend of mine and she is now using you. I really like having the same person come every time to clean, I am more comfortable knowing that, so when I cannot be home I don't worry that she will not clean the way I like. The service is competent, professional and timely. Emily works quickly, is professional and always does a nice job. I cannot comment on the products used - the surfaces are clean and there is no residual odor.
