3) Friendly staff...Have especially appreciated that there is one staff person that now consistently comes to my residence. This has saved a lot of time in explaining any nuances, particular cleaning issues about my residence to all new staff.

I have recently recommended Merry Maids to a friend in another Seattle location. She has scheduled an appointment for review and estimate.

They were very friendly. They worked the entire time. I checked on them hour to get an update. The cleaning products used were too strong for my mom who has asthma. Might recommend or provide anotber cleaning solution. Upstair bathtub could have been cleaned better but everything else was good.

Work together longer.

I love the fact that the crew uses vinegar on my wood floors. I love walking into my house after a crew has been here, it smells so clean and looks great!

My brother is happy and the management is happy. Can't get better than that.

If you could send the same people every week, the work would be more consistent.
