My local Merry Maids team is great. Someone always checks in the day before to make sure we still want them to come and that the needs are still the same. They give me an idea of when and how many people they are sending. This is very helpful

I am feeling very frustrated. The past 2 times my place has been cleaned it has not been done well. There are dust bunnies left on the floor and dirt/dust left on the floor boards. Things aren't folded and it feels like just big area's are clean and the other spots are just left. I have also asked specifically for my fan to be cleaned and it has not been cleaned.
