I was so very impressed with the areas they cleaned. My motto is "a place for everything and everything in its place" So I thought my apartment was pretty clean. My daughter and grand daughter were here and told me I need to get Merry Maids to come over and clean. I am so happy that I did and I will have them again. Even my computer screen is shiny. I am one satisfied Mother and Grandmother. Thank you for having such a great crew.
Jeff at Merry Maids was very responsive and professional. He made it very easy to schedule my last minute house cleaning and the cost was reasonable. Teresa and Kathy were prompt, professional and did a good job. I would certainly use their service again and highly recommend West Seattle Merry Maids.

We have had merry maids clean our house for several years. They always come on time, do a great job and leave the house beautifully clean for us. We have the same person(s) come at the same time on the same day of the week and we can reliably plan our weekend entertaining around that. Tara is warm, pleasant and totally professional in her work. We value the service very much and would recommend it highly.

Kitchen cabinets were washed but left streaked. Stove drip pans were not cleaned, not even crumbs. Coffee table was dirty before visit - needed to be wiped off then waxed/oiled, but it didn’t appear to have even bee dusted.
I would love to know what they used in the kitchen on the stove. They were able to get the grates clean and grease free. I have tried and tried and have not been able to cut through the grease on my appliances or cabinets. They did a supurb job! And it smelled so good!

Services are good, timely and efficient. Merry Maids staff/personnel are really terrific. When arrive on site, they are friendly and personable; very specific about services for the day, including deep cleaning. If I have a specific issue, then are great listeners. On my last service on 5/3/17, I mentioned about having ants in the kitchen area. Lynn was very knowledgeable about this issue and suggested cinnamon products. Sure enough I put out cinnamon sticks and cinnamon oil as she suggested...haven't seen any ants in past two days. Great help! Thanks.

I liked the way the house smelled. It was fresh and clean.
We have the same maid coming to clean our house. This makes it a lot easier on us. Tara, our primary cleaner is very pleasant, professional and is a friend to all of us including our dog. Jeff is very helpful when we need to change the day or the time of cleaning. We have an excellent working relationship with merry maids. To top it all, they do a great job of keeping our house clean!

Like that there are two people who come, that they are very friendly and very efficient and that they listen to any particular situations I have. I especially like that most times it is the same team, or at least one person is the same (has been there before), so I don't have to go over special situations in my home each time...they already know.
