They were very easy to work with and honest. I worked with them from a distance and I told them I would not be able to get back to look at and my realtor would be the one to check it out. They did exactly what was sold and the house was very clean.

I love the Merry Maids service. I just wish they had add-on options to get help with other household tasks, such as dishes and laundry folding on day of service.

When the ladies arrived. I just showed the rooms to them, and that's all. I started to say something, but then said, "well, you know what to do. I'll just let you do your thing". (smiles all around). Overall the teams do a good job. But I especially appreciate that the customer service provided by the administration. They listen to any complaints or concerns, investigate and follow through. I also like the flexibility of scheduling if I need to make a change, or need extra services.
